All orders requiring shipping must be placed through the Wildflower & Sage Natural Soap Company website.

We do not process shipped orders through Facebook Messenger or other social-media messages because our website is used to properly process orders, calculate shipping charges, and maintain shipping information.

Processing & Delivery

We work to prepare and ship orders as quickly as reasonably possible.

Processing and delivery estimates shown on our website or at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at wildflowerandsagesoap@gmail.com.

We will try to correct the address if the order has not been processed or shipped, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors when appropriate, and contact the shipping carrier.

You may also contact us, and we will assist where reasonably possible.

🏡 Local Orders & Pickup Policy

We are happy to serve our local customers!

Local customers may place orders directly with Wildflower & Sage Natural Soap Company when local pickup or another local arrangement is available.

Pickup details will be arranged directly with the customer.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.

If you cannot make your agreed-upon pickup time, please contact us to arrange another time.

Orders that need to be shipped must be placed through our website.
